Inspired by a productivity and goal achieving secret from Jerry Seinfeld, the Chain Calendar is a free, portable web tool so you can track your goals online. Sign in anywhere and keep up to date.

Jerry Seinfield says to become a better comic, he wrote every day. It's not the one-shot pushes that get us where we want to go, it's consistent daily action that builds extraordinary results. Daily action builds habits. Consistent daily action gives you the practice and experience that makes you an expert in a short time. A you build a chain of successive days, you'll start spotting opportunities you otherwise wouldn't. Small improvements accumulate into large improvements rapidly and daily action provides "compounding interest."

Jerry said that for each day that he does his task of writing, he'd get to put a big red X over that day on a calendar. After a few days a nice chain of big red Xs is growing. Keep at it and the chain will keep growing.

You'll like seeing that chain, especially when you get a few weeks under your belt. Now your only job is not to break the chain!

Don't break the chain!

Where to begin?

Give a moment's thought to a simple daily habit which will improve your lifestyle or drive you towards reaching your big goals. Meditate for 15 minutes, spend an hour on that project of yours, read 10 pages of a book, practice that fancy musical instrument for half an hour, write a song, eat a healthy home-cooked meal, go for a jog, the list goes on...

Start today and get yourself your big red X then do it again tomorrow. Keep at it. That's it.
